The short version

• KOE is for adults 18 and older.
• Your KOE card is public unless you hide it with /koe optout.
• A brand deal only exists once you sign a separate written agreement.
• KOE does not give investment advice, and nothing here promises trading results.

1Who we are

KOE (Kids/Kings on Earth) is a platform that finds traders, verifies them, and connects them with brand and marketing deals. In these terms, "KOE," "we," and "us" mean the operator of KOE, and "you" means anyone who uses KOE, including our website, our claim pages, and the KOE Discord bot.

By claiming a profile, connecting a Discord server, or otherwise using KOE, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use KOE.

2Who can use KOE

• You must be at least 18 years old to claim a KOE profile. We check your date of birth on the claim page. If you are under 18, the claim stops and we keep nothing.
• KOE's youth and education programs are not open yet. They will only open with verified parental consent and their own separate terms.
• You must be allowed to enter a contract where you live, and you must not be barred from using KOE under any law.

3Your profile

• You may claim one profile, and only for yourself. Do not claim a profile for someone else or pretend to be someone you are not.
• You may only list trading or social handles that you own or control. Listing a handle that is not yours can get your profile removed.
• Keep the information on your profile accurate. You are responsible for what you put on it.
• KOE may find public information about traders (for example a public trading profile or public posts) to invite them to claim a profile. Those records stay private until the trader claims them. See the Privacy Policy for how to ask us to remove one.

4Your public card

When you claim a profile, KOE creates a public card that shows your display name, tier, niche, bio, and the handles you listed. Your card can appear in Discord servers connected to KOE, on leaderboards, and on KOE's own channels.

You give KOE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to show, copy, and share your card content to run and promote KOE and to present you to brands. This license ends for new uses when you hide your card or delete your profile, except for material already published or required to be kept by law. You keep ownership of everything you give us.

You can hide your card at any time with /koe optout and show it again with /koe optin.

5Tiers and verification

KOE places traders in tiers based on verification and track record. We decide tiers using our own criteria, and we may change those criteria, review a tier, or remove a tier at any time. A tier is not an endorsement of your trading, and it does not guarantee you a deal.

6Brand deals

• Claiming a profile does not create a deal, a job, or any promise of payment.
• A brand deal only exists when you sign a separate written agreement. That agreement controls pay, deliverables, exclusivity, and how either side can end it.
• KOE is not your employer. Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, KOE is not your agent, manager, or legal representative.
• You are responsible for your own taxes on anything you earn.

7No investment advice

KOE does not give investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. KOE does not hold, move, or manage anyone's money or trades. Tiers, cards, leaderboards, and anything else on KOE are not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Trading involves risk, including losing all of the money you put in. Past results do not guarantee future results.

If you promote a brand through KOE, you must follow the laws that apply to you. That includes clearly disclosing paid or sponsored content (for example under FTC rules in the United States) and never promising or implying guaranteed returns.

8Things you must not do

• Post fake or edited trading results, or claim results you did not get.
• Use KOE to run or promote scams, pump-and-dump schemes, unregistered investment offerings, or any illegal activity.
• Harass, threaten, or spam other people.
• Break into, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer KOE, or get around our security or age checks.
• Use someone else's claim link, or share your own claim link with anyone.

9Partner servers

A Discord server owner or admin with Manage Server permission can connect a server to KOE with /koe setup. By connecting a server, you confirm you have authority to do so for that server. Any partner earnings or revenue share apply only under a separate written agreement with KOE. You can disconnect by removing the KOE bot from your server.

10Discord and other services

The KOE bot runs inside Discord, and using it also means following Discord's own terms and rules. KOE is not responsible for Discord or any other outside service, and those services are not responsible for KOE.

11Ending your use

You can stop using KOE at any time and ask us to delete your profile by emailing jdolce@ashte.com. We may hide or remove a profile, disconnect a server, or end your access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect other users or KOE. Sections 4 (for material already published), 6, 7, 12, 13, and 15 continue after your use ends.

12Disclaimers

KOE is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that KOE will always be available, error free, or secure, or that any trader information shown on KOE is accurate.

13Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, KOE will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, trading losses, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim about KOE is limited to the greater of the amount you paid KOE in the 12 months before the claim or one hundred US dollars (US$100).

Some places do not allow some of these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

14Your responsibility to us

If someone makes a claim against KOE because of content you provided, a promotion you ran, or your breaking these terms or the law, you agree to cover KOE's reasonable losses and costs from that claim, including reasonable legal fees.

15Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you and KOE agree to those courts' jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

16Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the version date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell you through Discord or on this site before it takes effect. If you keep using KOE after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
